The Thermo Scientific Dionex SRD-3x00 Solvent Racks Solvent Racks with Degassers for UltiMate 3000 Pumps (SRD-3200, -3400, and -3600) incorporate a low-volume (670µL), chemically-inert degasser with two, four, or six channels, respectively.
The SRD-3200 Solvent Rack with Degasser supports isocratic (ISO-3100SD) and high-pressure gradient (HPG-3200RS and HPG-3200SD) pumps which do not have built-in degassers. The SRD-3400 Solvent Rack with Degasser supports nano and capillary flow (NCS3500RS) and HPG (HPG-3400RS and HPG-3400SD) pumps without degassers. The SRD-3600 Solvent Rack with Degasser supports dual ternary rapid separation (DGP-3600RS), dual-gradient analytical (DGP-3600SD), and biocompatible dual-gradient micro (DGP-3600BM) pumps without degassers. An optional upgrade kit adds one more channel to degas the autosampler solvent to maintain reproducibility.
