Edwards E2M30 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump A37415903

  The Edwards E2M30 / A37415903 Rotary Vane Pump has a peak pumping velocity of 11.4 cfm and a final pressure of 1 x 10-3 Torr. The electric motor is enclosed and is cooled by the motor-cooling fan which directs air along the motor fins. The single-phase motor have a thermal overload device. When the E2M30 motor is too hot, the thermal overload device switches off the pump. The thermal overload device has an automatic reset; when the motor cools down, the device resets and the motor will restart. The single phase motor have an on/off switch.

  Edwards E2M30 oil pressure system lubricates the pump shaft bearing surfaces and rotor sealing faces. The pump has an oil distribution valve which prevents discharge of oil to the pump interior (suckback) after the pump stops. The pumping chambers are air-tight, so this arrangement prevents air suckback unless the gas-ballast valve is open.

Oil Mist Filter EMF20 A46229000

  Edwards EMF 20 Oil Mist Filters are used to separate and trap oil mist and odors discharged with the exhaust from oil sealed rotary vacuum pumps. The Oil Mist Filters have two-part injection molded plastic bodies which contain a fiber composite oil mist filter and an activated carbon odor filter.

  Exhaust gases from the pump travel upwards to the center of the Oil Mist Filter and through the filter element to the outside. Oil droplets that are trapped by the fiber composite element travel down the filter and collect in a reservoir in the base of the Oil Mist Filter.
