Binder natural and forced convection incubators provide precision control for GLP/GMP-compliant incubation across a wide variety of applications. They feature a wide standard temperature range (ambient plus 5-100°C), rapid heat-up and recovery rates to reduce impact of door openings, and disinfection routines up to 100°C.

All models feature patented APT.line^® electronic controllers and preheating chambers, offering precise, consistent temperature performance and industry-leading recovery times after door openings. Units also feature independent adjustable temperature safety devices with visual alarm.

Two-point door closure systems and thermal insulation provide added protection from changing environmental conditions. The inner glass door seals hermetically, allowing the monitoring of cultures without influencing chamber conditions. Units up to 115 litres are stackable.

Natural convection models are ideal for incubation of micro-organisms, as well as microbiological heating and conditioning. The controller features an integrated timer, settable from 0 to 99 hours, and one adjustable temperature ramp. These models have 4-6 minute recovery rates at 37°C. Adjustable ventilation by means of rear exhaust duct, ventilation flap, and front ventilation slide.

Forced Convection Models are highly suitable for applications with a high specimen volume, such as sample bags, and for frequent batch changes. An air turbine, with adjustable airflow rates, achieves fast recovery times (1-2 minutes at 37°C), as well as gentle incubation. Controller timer also features delayed ON, delayed OFF, and temperature-dependent delayed OFF functions.
