The SOLiD EZ Bead System 4449180 provides an automated solution for reproducible templated bead preparation in less than 1 hour of hands-on time. The system modularity and quality control checkpoints provide greater experimental control. Additional support for multiplexed libraries further maximizes time and cost savings.
The Emulsifier is a component of the SOLiD EZ Bead System. The Emulsifier combines an aqueous phase with an oil phase, creating a microreactor emulsion, bringing the necessary reagents and components for amplifying the library of interest onto a solid surface. This process takes up to 30 minutes to complete, depending on the desired bead yield.
